JET Group Norway

Lierskogen/Hüllhorst (d-pr): With effect as of 19 February, the JET Group (Hüllhorst, Germany), which is active throughout Europe, acquired 100 percent of the shares in the company BRAMO Glass og Klima AS (Lierskogen, Norway). BRAMO is one of the largest companies in the field of fire protection and SHEV on the Norwegian market. The company was founded in 2002 and was in private hands up to now. The three company founders Espen Bratlie, Roar Fossbekk and Geir Moen will continue to play an active part in the company in future. “We are very enthusiastic about the technical competence of BRAMO,” emphasizes Geert Kessels, managing director of the JET Group. The takeover follows the growth strategy of JET on the Nordic markets. “In conjunction with JET DOMEX in Denmark, we should be able to develop excellently in Scandinavia,” Kessels continued. The JET Group will bring its extensive range of daylight and SHEV products into the company. In return, BRAMO will enhance the JET Group with a comprehensive service and maintenance concept which is considered to be a blueprint for the future, not just for Scandinavia but for Europe as a whole. “We are convinced that this step will allow BRAMO to expand and reinforce its position in Norway. It will enable us to provide our customers with even more quality and service in future,” explains BRAMO general manager Tone Hartmann.
